About Us

Our Story

Gulf Alliance is an outcome of the strong bonding of three highly intelligent, motivated, and ideologically-connected childhood friends, Irfan Alam, Majid Saleem, and Waliullah. Gulf Alliance is an umbrella term for a group of companies that specialize in organizational audit, consultancy, financing, property valuation, and real estate construction. Gulf Alliance’s story began way before its physical existence, when one of the friends, Irfan Alam (the CEO), an entrepreneur since his young age, chose to study Chartered Accountancy (CA) despite passing the medical entry test. He studied and excelled in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with a vision to learn more about starting a business and understanding organizational behavior rather than doing a job.

Due to the wits and hard-working natures of the founders, Gulf Alliance’s establishment became easier. The name “Gulf Alliance” was chosen, with an aim to expand footprints to the Gulf region. As an initial step, the Gulf Alliance Consultancy (Audit & Financing) firm was registered in 2010, which proved to be an initiation of a glorious future ahead. While offering multiple services, Gulf Alliance officially registered the Gulf Alliance Audit and Financing and then Gulf Alliance Valuation.

On the next step, the company expanded its operations by entering Pakistan’s competitive real estate industry while offering exceptional construction services. And this is how Gulf Alliance Builders & Developers was born. The founders entered Pakistan’s property market with an affirmation to innovate the conventional structure of this industry.

At Gulf Alliance, we want to facilitate stakeholders with a corporate organization formulated on the core values of trust, commitment, and consideration of the minute details. We know that becoming a trend-setter real estate organization is somewhat dreaming to revolutionize a whole industry. Although, the beginning is a bit tough since our vision is enormously grand. Yet, we believe that we will soon become the nation’s best builders and developers due to our team’s resilience, expertise, and dedication. We are working tirelessly to turn our vision into a reality because we are not only elevating the lifestyles of those who are connected with us but to contributing to the economy of Pakistan in a very positive way.

Guaranteeing all kinds of security standards, Gulf Alliance Builders and Developers provides specialized services in the field of architecture, construction, property development, maintenance, and real estate investment services. In addition to this, we also provide planning and estimation services as per the request of our clients. Our additional services include the provision of heavy machinery equipment, tools, raw materials, and labor services.

All our constructions have a specialized safety and security designs with quick action protocols incorporated into the floor plans. We make sure that all our commercial projects for our clientele are compliant with international standards of safety and security to not only satisfy the needs of the clients but also deliver the ultimate sense of peace that one can feel in their space knowing that everything is the best.
