Gulf Alliance Builders and Developers is expanding its business by signing memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with different construction companies. In a recent development, Gulf Alliance acquired sales and marketing rights for the Silk Mall, an upcoming project of the Saifco Group. Silk Mall is an iconic high-rise commercial project located on Main GT Road, Islamabad. The grey structure for the project is 100% completed and rapid construction is going on the site.
General Manager SaifCo Group Mr. Rafi Ullah Khan mentioned that SaifCo Group was dealing with the marketing of their projects, however, due to the changing marketing trends the sales and marketing rights of the Silk Mall were out-sourced to Gulf Alliance. Many marketing companies are present in the real estate market, yet Gulf Alliance is hired because of the professionalism and competency of the Gulf Alliance’s team.
In another MoU signing ceremony, the HMS Builders entrusted the sales and marketing rights for their upcoming project, the Pearl Vista Classic, to Gulf Alliance Builders and Developers.
Pearl Vista Classic is a high-rise commercial and residential project located at the prime location of Islamabad and designed by the expert architectural team, and has all the facilities required for a modern lifestyle.
The CEO of HMS Builders, Chaudary Abdul Manan mentioned that many marketing companies approached the HMS Builders for the sales and marketing of the Pearl Vista Classic, however, Gulf Alliance was shortlisted and the MoU is successfully signed. Gulf Alliance is selected because of their state-of-the-art technology and competent team due to which HMS Builders has preferred to work with Gulf Alliance.
